Order & shipping

How long does an order take to ship?
In-stock sets ship in 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and personalised sets ship in 10–14 business days from confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. For orders outside the U.S., write to 624329727@qq.com and we'll quote shipping for your country.

Do you offer free shipping?
U.S. shipping is a flat $20. Orders over $400 ship free.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Within 24 hours of placing the order, yes. After that, write to 624329727@qq.com and we'll do our best — we can't always catch a shipment in transit.

Materials & care

What are the tiles made of?
Layered acrylic, etched and hand-painted. No metal. Lead-free paint.

How do I care for the set?
Wipe each tile with a soft, dry cloth. The case is wool felt — brush gently. Don't get either wet.

Will the paint wear off?
With reasonable use, no. Avoid stacking tiles face-to-face to keep paint from rubbing; the dust bags we include are the simplest way.

Personalisation

What can I have painted on?
Up to three letters (A–Z), in white, on every tile back. We email a proof before painting.

Can I return a personalised set?
Personalised sets are made to your specification and are final sale — not returnable. Defective sets (paint chipped, mis-cut tile) are replaced free of charge — please contact us.

Custom & bespoke

Do you make fully custom sets — my own theme?
Yes. Bespoke sets are made to your theme: we design online, you confirm, then we hand-finish. Minimum order 40 sets, $450 per set. See the Bespoke Mahjong page or write to 624329727@qq.com.

Can bespoke sets mix holiday or brand themes?
Absolutely — Christmas, Halloween and Thanksgiving motifs can live in one set, alongside your own logo or colours.

Wholesale & press

Do you do wholesale?
Yes — we accept wholesale from 40 sets upwards, with volume pricing. Email 624329727@qq.com with "wholesale" in the subject line and tell us what you need; we'll work out the details and pricing with you.

Can I press / feature ORO?
Of course. Email 624329727@qq.com with "press" in the subject.

Returns & exchanges

What's your return policy?
Unpersonalised pieces, unused and in their original packaging, can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalised and made-to-order pieces are final sale. See Shipping & Returns for full detail.
